Terms of Use

By using Toolhub you agree to these terms. Toolhub is operated by Hannune (hannune.ai), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea.

1. What Toolhub is

A set of free document tools. There is no paid plan and we do not take payment. Some tools require a free account and have daily limits, which are shown on the tool page.

2. Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@hannune.ai if you think someone else is using it. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

3. What you may not upload

• Anything you do not have the right to process.
• Material that is illegal where you are or where we are.
• Malware, or files designed to attack this service or its users.

Think twice before putting someone else's personal data, medical records, or client-confidential documents through the AI tools. Those tools send the content to a third-party model provider, as the Privacy Policy explains.

4. Limits and availability

Daily limits exist so one user cannot take the service away from everyone else. We may change them. The service is provided as it is and may be slow, interrupted, or taken offline without notice. We do not promise any level of availability.

5. Results are not advice

The AI tools make mistakes. Extracted figures, answers, OCR output and validation results can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Nothing Toolhub produces is legal, tax, medical or financial advice.

6. Your files stay yours

You keep all rights to what you upload. We claim no ownership and we do not use your files to train models. We process them only to return your result, then discard them.

7. Our materials

The site itself, its text and its design belong to Hannune. Do not copy or redistribute them without permission. You may of course use the tools and keep the results.

8. No warranty, limited liability

Toolhub is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Hannune is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending access

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or that abuses the service. You may stop using Toolhub at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

11. Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top. Continuing to use Toolhub after a change means you accept it.
