Toolhub is operated by Hannune (hannune.ai), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. If anything here is unclear, email contact@hannune.ai.
1. Files you upload
Files you upload to a tool are held in memory only for as long as the request takes, and are discarded as soon as the result is returned. We do not write your files to disk and we do not keep copies.
The exception you should know about. The AI tools (structured extraction, document question answering, OCR, image generation) cannot run on our own machines. For those tools the text or image content of your document is sent to OpenRouter, a model gateway in the United States, which routes it to the model that produces the answer. We send only the content needed to answer your request. We do not send your email address or account details with it. Once the answer comes back, we discard the content.
If a document must not leave our systems, do not use the AI tools for it. The non-AI tools (PDF conversion, splitting, merging, compression, background removal, table total validation) run entirely on our own server and send nothing to any third party.
2. Account data
If you create an account we store your email address and a one-way hash of your password (bcrypt). We never store the password itself. If you sign in with Google we store your email address and the account identifier Google gives us, not your Google password.
We keep account data while your account exists. Email contact@hannune.ai to have it deleted and we will remove it within 30 days.
3. Usage records
We record which tool was used, when, whether it succeeded, and a one-way hash of the IP address. The hash lets us apply daily limits without keeping the address itself. We do not record the contents of what you processed.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) on this site. It records page views, approximate location derived from your IP address (country, region, city), device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. Google processes this in the United States. Event-level data is kept for 14 months and then deleted.
We also run our own page-view counter. It sets no cookies and stores a one-way hash of the IP address rather than the address.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Blocking it does not affect the tools.
5. Cookies
- Essential. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Without these, signing in does not work.
- Analytics. Cookies set by Google Analytics, described above.
We set no advertising cookies and we do not sell or share your data with advertising networks.

7. International transfers
We are based in Korea and the services above are in the United States, so using Toolhub means your data is transferred outside your country. If you are in the EEA or the UK, these transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses those providers publish.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. Email contact@hannune.ai. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Children
Toolhub is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.
10. Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Sign-in attempts are rate limited and repeated failures lock the account briefly. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
